Reimagining the Hybrid Workplace

A successful hybrid workplace is more than a policy about where people work. It is an intentional system that gives people the flexibility, autonomy, and connection they need to do their best work.

This highly interactive workshop brings organizational leaders and workplace stakeholders together to step back from the day-to-day and re-think how work happens: what is working well, what is getting in the way, and what could work better.

Through facilitated reflection, meaningful dialogue, and collaborative problem-solving, participants explore their current hybrid workplace strategy, employee experience, communication and collaboration practices, and supporting processes, and generate practical ideas for strengthening engagement, connection, productivity, and flexibility.

The goal is not to prescribe one way of working, but to help each organization create a more intentional workplace where people have the autonomy to choose how, when, where, and with whom they work in ways that serve the organization, their teams, and themselves.

This program will help participants to:

  • Assess what is and is not working in their organization’s current hybrid workplace strategy and employee experience,

  • Identify barriers to engagement, connection, collaboration, and productivity across different ways of working,

  • Explore new possibilities for creating greater flexibility, autonomy, and choice in how, when, where, and with whom people work,

  • Reimagine workplace practices and processes that support effective communication, collaboration, meetings, technology, and team connection,

  • Generate practical, human-centered solutions through facilitated dialogue, shared learning, and collaborative problem-solving, and

  • Develop actionable next steps for strengthening their organization’s hybrid workplace strategy and creating a more effective experience for both people and the organization.
